Waidmann/Post was founded in 2001 by Stefan Waidmann, born 1972, a design graduate who studied Visual Design at the University of Applied Sciences in Schwäbisch Gmünd, and Mechthild Waidmann, born 1969, a design graduate who studied Visual Communication at the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf.
